Orthostatic Vitals
- Ensure you have the patient’s supine measurements for BP and HR
- Wait 1 minute then measure HR, then after an additional 1 minute, measure BP

Threshold for orthostatic hypotension = 30-20-10 rule
- 30 HR ↑
- 20 SBP ↓
- 10 DBP ↓
